It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Best of the 19th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference and the Asian Cancer Consensus Meet, scheduled from 6 to 8 March 2026 at Taj Taal Kutir, Kolkata.

This combined meeting brings an important opportunity to review the latest developments in breast cancer management and to discuss how global recommendations can be applied across the diverse settings in Asia. The St. Gallen platform has long guided clinical decision-making through its balanced, evidence-driven approach, and this year’s updates promise to offer valuable clarity on several evolving areas of practice.

The Asian Cancer Consensus segment will help us look at these recommendations through a regional lens. Differences in patient profiles, access to care and resource availability call for thoughtful discussion, and the consensus process aims to address these practical realities. Our goal is to develop guidance that is both scientifically strong and relevant to day-to-day clinical work.
